The Meebhoomi portal was launched in Andhra Pradesh in 2015 to digitize all land records and make them accessible to all land owners, buyers, and sellers. For this, They were also given a Meebhoomi passbook.
What is the Meebhoomi land record of Andhra Pradesh?
In July 2015, the Andhra Pradesh government launched the Meebhoomi portal to keep a track record of land data and provide people with plot information online. At present, the Mee bhoomi portal provides these facilities to the citizens.
- Land owner details
- Area, Evaluation
- Providing Mibhoomi Electronic Passbook
- Water source, soil type
- Nature of possession of land
- Liabilities
- House for rent
- Crop details
Apart from this, land owners can also download information related to land and the Record of Rights (ROR). It is also called Adangal and 1-B in the local language.
What is Adangal

It is also called village counter number 2. Adangal is managed by the village administration. They keep a detailed description of the land, type of land, nature, liability, and other official information.
How to watch and download Meebhumi Adangal?
Through this process, you can watch and download Adangal online.
- Go to Meebhoomi’s portal and click on ‘Adangal’ from the top menu
- From the drop down menu, you can see your personal and village adangal
- After this, you will reach a new page from where you can get the information. For this, you have to enter the name of the district, zone, village etc. You can search land records based on four criteria. These are- Survey Number, Aadhar Number, Account Number, and Automation Records.
What is a 1-B document

It is also called ROR. It is a summary of the land records, the work of which is looked after by the revenue department of the state. Before the digitization of records, a register was maintained for each village to list the land records separately. Now, you can download it online for official purposes.
How to view and download 1-B documents from Meebhoomi
By following this procedure you can view and download 1-B document from Meebhoomi.
- Go to Meebhumi’s website and go to the top menu and click on 1-B from the drop down menu.
- After this, you will reach a new page from where you can get the information. For this, you have to enter the district, zone, village name, etc. You can search 1-B documents based on four criteria. These are- Survey Number, Aadhar Number, Account Number, and Automation Records.
How to check land conversion details on Meebhoomi
Through this process, you can take the details of land conversion by visiting the Mee bhoomi portal.
- Go to Meebhumi’s website and click on ‘Land Conversion Details’.
- Select District, Zone, and Village through the drop down menu.
- Hit the submit button and the information will be on your screen.
How to check mutation details on Meebhoomi

You can also check whether your Aadhar card is linked to land or account number by visiting the Mibhoomi portal. If there is no link then they can also do it.
- For this, you have to go to the Mibhoomi portal and click on Aadhar/Other Identities from the top menu.
- To link, first, select the option ‘Aadhaar linking’ and check whether the Aadhar number is linked with your account or not by entering the district, zone, village, and account / Aadhar number.
How to connect Aadhar to MeeBhoomi

You can also check whether your Aadhar card is linked to land or account number by visiting the Mibhoomi portal. If there is no link then they can also do it.
- For this, you have to go to the Mibhoomi portal and click on Aadhar/Other Identities from the top menu.
- To link, first, select the option ‘Aadhaar linking’ and check whether the Aadhar number is linked with your account or not by entering the district, zone, village, and account / Aadhar number.
Link other documents to Meebhoomi
Apart from Aadhaar, you can also link other documents with Mee bhoomi portal account. its process is as per below:-
- Go to the Mibhoomi portal and click on Aadhar/other identities from the top menu and select the second option Mobile Number linking/Based on identity documents from the drop down menu.
- Enter district name, zone, village and account number. Click on Get Details. Your information will open, from where you can upload these documents like Ration Card, Passport, Voter ID and Address Passbook in PDF format.
How to make changes in Adangal and 1-B by visiting Meebhoomi Portal?
If you want to make some changes to the land records, then you can file a complaint online by visiting the Meebhoomi portal.
- First of all, go to the Meebhoomi portal and go to the top menu and click on ‘Complaints’ and select ‘Record of Complaints’.
- Enter the requested information such as complaint type, district name, village name, zone name, account number, Aadhaar number, mobile number and address.
How to Download Meebhoomi Passbook/Land Ownership in Andhra Pradesh
Now land owners can also download passbook online by visiting the Meebhoomi portal.
- First, go to the Meebhoomi portal and then click on Electronic passbook from the top menu.
- Now you will reach the new page, where you will have to enter District, Zone, Village Name, Account Number, Registered Mobile Number. Your passbook will be generated.
How to check the complaint status on Meebhoomi portal
You can check the status of the complaint filed by you for making changes in Adangal and 1-B documents.
- Go to the Meebhoomi portal and click on Complaints from the top menu.
- Click on ‘The Status of Your Complaint’ from the drop down menu.
- After this, enter the name of the district and the complaint number.
- The information will start appearing on your screen.
