- Now you have to select the scheme, after that you have to search 2351.
- Now after selecting the scheme, you have to select your state and district.
- After searching, you will see your state, next to that you will see your unique agency code.
- Now come back again and your e-mail and unique agency code. have to put
- And by filling the captcha, you have to submit it. After that a password and new email will come to your email
