Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Kanyadan Yojana
Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Kanyadan Yojana has been launched by the Government of Rajasthan. Through this scheme, girls of BPL family, girls of Antyodaya family, a girl of Aastha cardholder family and financially such families in which there is no earning person and girls of widow women will be provided assistance for marriage. This financial assistance will range from ₹ 31000 to ₹ 41000.
Only two girls from each family are eligible to get the benefit of this scheme. The age of the girl child should be 18 years or more to get the benefit of this scheme. The implementation of this scheme will be reviewed at the district level. A monitoring committee will be constituted under the chairmanship of the District Collector.
Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Kanyadan Yojana 2022 will be implemented in the entire district through this monitoring committee. To get the benefit of this scheme, the application form has to be submitted in the prescribed form. This application will have to be submitted to the District Magistrate 1 month before the date of marriage or 6 months after the date of marriage.

Guidelines for Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Kanyadan Yojana
- The applicant has to submit the application form in the prescribed format.
- This application will be sent to the District Magistrate 1 month before the date of marriage or 6 months after the date of marriage.
- The application will be disposed of within a maximum period of 15 days.
- If the application is being made by the applicant before marriage
- In this situation, the verification of the application will be confirmed by the District Officer himself.
- In case of application after marriage, it is necessary to submit marriage registration certificate.
- It is mandatory to submit self attested photocopy of BPL card as proof of applicant being a BPL selected family.
- If the applicant is from Antyodaya family then it is mandatory to submit the photocopy of Antyodaya card.
- In case the applicant is a holder of Aastha Card, it is mandatory to submit a photocopy of Aastha Card.
- In urban areas or rural areas, the application will be submitted to the District Magistrate.
- The benefit amount will be directly transferred to the applicant’s account.
- The District Magistrate will also provide a congratulatory message to the applicant along with a copy of the approval from the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Rajasthan.
Eligibility for Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Kanyadan Yojana
- The girl should be a permanent resident of Rajasthan.
- The age of the beneficiary should be 18 years or more.
- Only two girls of a family are eligible to get the benefit of this scheme.
- The benefit of this scheme will be provided to the Antyodaya family of all classes.
- BPL families of all categories are also eligible to get the benefit of this scheme.
- Aastha card holder family will also be provided the benefit of this scheme.
- Those women whose husband has died and they have not remarried, the daughters of such women are eligible to get the benefit of this scheme.
- If the monthly income of the widow woman is ₹ 50000 or less, then the benefit of this scheme will be provided on the marriage of her daughter.
- If there is no useful member in the family of 25 years or more, then in this situation also the benefit of this scheme will be provided.
- The benefit of this scheme will be provided to such marriageable girls whose parents have died and their caregiver is a widow with protection eligibility.
- The benefit of this scheme will be provided to those marriageable girls.
- Whose neither parent is alive and the income of any member of the family does not exceed ₹ 50000.
