Madhya Pradesh Mukhyamantri Teerth Darshan Yojana has been started by the Government of Madhya Pradesh for the citizens of Madhya Pradesh who are above 60 years of age. Under this scheme, the free pilgrimage will be made available by the government to any one of the pilgrimage sites available in the country. Along with this, various types of facilities such as food and drink, lodging arrangements, etc. will also be made available to the citizens undertaking the pilgrimage.
Under Mukhyamantri Tirth Darshan Yojana 2021, all those citizens who are above 60 years of age or have more than 60% disability can also take a helper with them for their care.

- The applicant has to affix one color passport size photograph in the application form.
- In case of emergency, it is mandatory to provide the mobile number and residence address of the person concerned.
- It is forbidden to carry inflammable substances and intoxicants during the journey.
- Carrying any valuable rattan, jewelery etc. is prohibited in the journey.
- It is necessary to follow the liaison officer during the journey.
- Passengers are requested not to do any such behavior during the journey, which will tarnish the image of the state.
- It is mandatory for the passengers to carry the identity card with them.

- It is mandatory for the traveler to be a permanent resident of Madhya Pradesh.
- Applicant’s age should be 60 years or more.
- If the applicant is a female then there is a relaxation of 2 years for her age.
